 A year ago, neighborhood bully Jeff spent the night of Halloween tormenting Tom and his friends by stealing their Halloween candy and subjecting them to endless ridicule. But this year, Tom is determined to stand up for himself and put an end to Jeff's reign of terror. While shopping for his Halloween costume, Tom finds a magical wizard's hat fueled by his own imagination, and from that his new identity is born - that of the Pumpkin Wizard. Despite his own friends' reluctance to believe, Tom enlists the help of a friendly pumpkin named Jack to stand up to Jeff. This Halloween, when Jeff's gang of bullies approaches, Tom is ready, and he and Jack unleash an army of talking, fighting pumpkins against Jeff and his friends.
