Cul-de-Sac Kids: Broadway It Is Not

      Christmas time is here! And to celebrate, sixth grader Chase Willard is thrilled to have a supporting role in the Christmas play, The Nine Naughty Elves, at John Adams Middle School. Even more exciting is that the play was written and is being directed by one of his classmates, seventh grader Tom Wilson. Although practicing for the play takes up a lot of his time, Chase still makes sure he has time for his family and friends from the cul-de-sac this holiday season. Whether they’re discussing the perfect Christmas gift, attending the annual town Christmas skate, or racing toboggans down Terabithia Hill, there’s never a dull moment for Chase and his friends.

 The Cul-de-sac Kids Series

     The Cul-de-sac Kids series follows six best friends as they navigate the ups and downs of middle school, family, and friendships. Each installment of the series is told from the point of view of a different Cul-de-sac Kid, who each has their own special brand of storytelling. From Greg’s struggles to find his place at his new middle school, to Sarah’s closeness with her military father who is gone all too often, to Zach’s determination to win first prize at the Halloween Science Fair, these neighborhood best friends stand together and stand strong no matter what life throws at them.
